The one-month notice applies for all eligible cancels. You will receive one final bill after the form is submitted.
Members must fulfill their contract before cancelling their account. If you are still in a commitment, please freeze your account if you are not ready to return to the gym.
All cancel requests are to be approved by the manager. If you moved more than 25 miles away, submit proof of move if you are in a contract. If you are cancelling due to medical reasons, we must receive a doctor's note if you are in a contract.
Please be advised, if you cancel you are not locked into your current monthly rate.
